We think in pictures

Our mind works on two levels.

Today, we know from research that the mind contains complicated and wonderful functions on many different levels and does not need to be linked to separate areas of the brain. That particularly subconscious habit patterns, traumas and other past experiences can be stored in all the body's cells. But for the sake of simplicity, we only deal with two here

Consciousness and subconsciousness. We have drawn a circle with a horizontal line through the circle and let's say that everything above the line is the consciousness while everything below is the subconscious. Underneath the large circle, he drew a somewhat smaller circle and explained that this represented the body. He said that the body is the instrument of the mind, melodies are played and the mind controls everything.

You should familiarize yourself with the stickperson. Study this illustration carefully and visualize it when you think of yourself:

The Stickperson - this is a simple illustration of your mind

We are mind and body. By training the mind and working with the illustration “The Stickperson”, you will perceive the bodies around you as instruments playing the melody of each individual mind. When you train to perceive things, you will therefore have no problems understanding what is happening in other people's minds because it will be expressed in the person's actions and results.

Consciousness, the upper part:

The intellectual mind The rational mind The 5 senses Frontal cortex The thinking brain Self-confidence Thoughts / ideas Inductive / self-determining Can distinguish between right and wrong

Subconscious, the lower part:

Feelings / emotions The irrational mind Habits / habit pattern Belief systems Self-image Intuition Deductive - does not decide for oneself Can't distinguish between right and wrong. The body:

The body is only the tool of the mind:

What we think and feel is not only sent out via visible action, but also in the form of what we radiate. We've all heard the expression: "We're on the same vibration" or "on the same wavelength"?

We become what we think about all day long!

The day it truly dawns on us that our behavior and action patterns are a direct result of how our thoughts work, great changes will take place in our lives.

The vast majority of us are chock full of learned limitations. We can carry out a clean-up and map out the habit patterns that hinder us and that have no root in reality,

When we set a course, have a clear objective and actively train and use our mental muscles, we will control our thoughts and actions and adjust the course towards new results. Engage your senses!

Throughout our lives we have been trained to live from the outside and rely only on our senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch.

We have been told that only what we experience through our senses is real.

The process of a thought,

A thought triggers an emotions.
Emotion triggers some action
Action triggers a respons and finally a RESULT

Not happy? Start again!

Now that you know a little bitt about how our thought processes work in our consciousness and how it interacts with emotions and habit patterns in the subconscious, it is strange to think that our body gets so much attention in society.

Research shows that language (the words we say) only makes up around 30% of what we communicate. So 70% of what we say when we talk to others comes from our body language and what we send out non-verbally in the form of voice vibrations.

After all, the body is only a tool for our inner life, and even so, we have only touched the surface of this subject in this article.
In order to achieve lasting changes and good results, one must go to the core of the problem.

We must turn our focus from the outside to the inside , then the body will after.

Do you want to know more about how you can work with yourself to shift your focus, change your behavior and habit patterns?

We are passionate about you becoming a Leader in your own life!
