Little did I know that from June 13th 2022 and the next few weeks would change everything! The only thing that I knew about myself when I started to study this was that, if I have decided on something, then I will do it 100%. To be totally honest, I guess this was the only positive quality that I could assign to myself. So you can imagine how much sweat and tears, tears, anger and frustration I went through in those weeks. Most of all, I was chocked about how little self-worth I had.

I have gone through the program twice and can’t imagen wanting to change any of my answers to all the workbook questions. Nevertheless, I know that the process is just in the beginning, and that I will use it again when focusing on future leadership jobs. I have realized what kind of career i want to follow!! And it is something completely different to what I thought in so many ways.

In my heart I am convinced that it will be the right thing for me. I also know that, with my new positive mindset and good vibrations, I will get the job done.
