Most of the huge corporations and companies do not know what their top producers really do, and most of the top producers don´t know what they are doing themselves. They are what one can call unconscious competents.
If corporations and leaders knew what the real hard-chargers were doing, they would can it and give it to everybody.
When people start doing what they do in a certain way, things just start to happen. Unexplainable, by some stroke of luck, or what ever it is, or how it happens. If we are guided or not, but things just starts to happen, progress happens.
Most people can not tell you why.
