People don't need to be saved. We only need knowledge of our own strength and how to find it.

Do you know what you are capable of?

It hits me time and time again.

In conversations with people, we get to know each other a little and I always see many good qualities under the surface.

See so much potential, so much power that lies there and often almost unused. Makes me wish that the person I'm talking to had the opportunity to see what I see through my eyes.

I often feel engaged, excited and impatient on behalf of others. Why don't they see it?

Nobody needs to be saved, there's no point in bringing that up. We have that quality in ourselves, to save ourselves, develop ourselves, live good lives. We generally live well here in Norway, at least we are very comfortable. We should then be satisfied, many have it worse than us?

My God, there is war in Ukraine, difficult times, the economy is tight, so we can't fuss about personal development and growth now. Talk about selfishness, no get your act together, seriously?!

What the f…k, can't you have more than one thing in your head at the same time? There is always war and misery somewhere in the world, always someone suffering, it is never hard to find something negative.

Is there ever a feeling lurking inside you? A small voice that says, Is there nothing more for me in life? Realize your potential, we need you.

The world will be a poorer place if we do not use the opportunities that life has given us. If we do not develop and grow, then it is not only a loss for ourselves, but for everyone around us as well.

We get more of what we focus on, bad or good.

If so, what happens when everyone in a population, in several countries, only thinks about war, difficult times and is filled with anxiety? Yes, we get more of it!

So, what will you focus on?

What do you want more of?

The whole world will benefit from more people turning their gaze inward, learning more about themselves, about being human. An insightful person who sees other people, for real!

Insightful people cannot and will not harm others, because they realize that every action done to another person is an action against themselves.

That some posts on SoMe at the moment about personal development or self-realization being out, that it is time to focus on more important things at the moment, is helping to increase the polarity in the world. Increased polarity, creates differences, xenophobia and stirs people up against each other.

The demagogues thrive, the power elite fight for dominance, the world economy rubs its hands and hopes for a war that can reset the economy... as has always happened before.

History repeats itself; people get excited. The war, the insane electricity price, these foreign workers, damn the people on social security, they all prey on poor us .

Are we really going to go for this again?

Frightened together like a flock of sheep and driven over the edge of the cliff?

Noooo!

Have the courage to go the other way, turn your gaze inward, get hold of yourself and see what kind of enormous potential lies within you. When the gaze is turned inward, the work is done internally, then when gaze again is lifted outwards, and the world outside will change right before your eyes.

People you seek and situations come to you, who will help themselves to make a difference!

Build up faith in your own abilities to make both your life and the lives of others better!
