do you have a purpose?
Self-development is truly the best gift you can give yourself, those you love and everyone around you.
By developing and becoming an authentic version of yourself, you will be able to give so much more. You become more present in your own and other people's lives.
Today's society is superficial, we rush through our days without thinking and we are generally not reflective.
Business life is no exception, people do not prepare well for quick, superficial meetings and conversations.
Far too little time is prioritized for creative solutions.
There was no time left for the good conversation
We humans are victims of that technology, which was originally meant to serve as an aid to give us more time. And it could do that, if we used it more wisely.
Instead, we have become slaves to it.
We are in a sticky situation, to put it brutally.
And when there are gatherings where people actually have a golden opportunity to form good relationships, the conversations are still kept at a safe level. Small talk goes on, but only on the surface.
Comfort and support, if you were to dive into a serious conversation, people often shy away and avoid you like the plague. Then you become a bit much.. uhuuu
In business, it mostly seems like it's only about " what's in it for me ?"
· How about finding out what YOU can offer?
· What if you entered every conversation with the attitude that you want to give instead of receive?
Those who truly understand what it takes to have a good and happy life know that you cannot achieve success in any authentic way without uplifting others in the process.
I cannot be superficial, have always been serious and concerned with appearing trustworthy and believe that this is the only way to achieve lasting trust.
With a thorough review of you, your values, habits and actions, you will discover a whole new world.
A self-development process is not about ego, it is more about you wanting to understand how you function as a human being together with other individuals. And such a journey and process is deeply private and unique to each of us.
All lasting change occurs from within each individual. By honestly asking ourselves the questions who, what, where, why we do and act as we do.
They call it incident processing or deviation processing and root cause analysis in the mechanical technical language. Most people know that 😃
But a self-analysis goes far beyond the material version used in corporate life.
There you are so afraid of being found out, it must not be allowed to become too personal, because it is not within privacy protection and GDPR.
That method therefore does not give a correct picture of the situation, because people are people, with faults and shortcomings, and behavior and company culture do not change by repairing symptoms.
The same applies in personal relationships, the dynamics are not that different, both people, societies, companies, organizations have cultures, habits and belief systems that are imprinted over time.
Therefore, if you want to change attitudes in society, it starts with ourselves.
And when enough people make such a journey themselves, the change will be visible outside of us in society.
We may be required to change politically or via the authorities, but it will never completely change until it has been integrated and become part of the holding in the individual individuals.
Thought - feeling - action = reaction and result
When there is good harmony between what we think, the feelings these thoughts create, our actions will reflect this.
The results and situations we see around us are a picture of how most people in a society have thought, felt and acted in the past.
Or, as mentioned above, superficiality means that no one will take a stand and you avoid getting involved.
We then have a society that does not think, does not want to feel and then we have nothing to aim for rather... we become victims of our fate and not captains who know where to steer the ship!
But the exciting thing about it all is that we can learn techniques and get tools to handle both private and professional life in a way that will be of greater benefit to both others and ourselves.
There is so much potential in each of us, and we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.
Have you found your purpose in life, have you set yourself any big goals lately?
